Yvonne G. Hall is Founder and Executive Director of Life in Darkness. She is simultaneously the founder and principal of EQGenix Inc. and EQGenix Institute LLC. This relationship is disclosed here without prompting because a funder should learn it from us rather than discover it.
The curricula and instruments Life in Darkness delivers — including Sovereign Shield™, Sovereign Station™, Grit to Genius™, and Sacred Deposits™ — are the intellectual property of EQGenix Inc., licensed to Life in Darkness. Life in Darkness does not own this intellectual property and makes no claim to it.
Licensing from an established developer means Life in Darkness delivers tested curriculum without funding its development. What Life in Darkness contributes is access: it funds and delivers formation to agencies, families, and young people who would not otherwise receive it.
Life in Darkness maintains a conflict-of-interest policy. Any director with an interest in a transaction recuses from deliberation and vote.
